Full Form Tai Chi
Once you have completed the Yang Long Form (or any other Tai Chi form you have mastered) and can demonstrate it, you are welcome to join the Full Form Tai Chi Class. Here we will move on to subjects such as the Sword Form, Breathing, and Meditating exercises. Tai Chi cultivates the inner self, focusing on quiet, fearless approaches to force and adversity. Meanwhile, your body will become stronger, more supple, and able to resist infections and calamities of all kinds.
