Here is a video with several easy exercises to help arthritic hands be more flexible and ease the pain.
Hands that don’t get exercise tend to become less flexible.
Hands that get overworked will become sore.
We are aiming for Goldilocks exercises that provide just enough motion to increase flexibility, loosen joints, increase circulation, and thereby reduce inflammation.
