Yang-style Tai Chi is one of the most popular forms of Tai Chi practiced worldwide today. Scientific studies have recently recognized that the slow, fluid movements benefit practitioners in various ways: Regular practice benefits heart conditions, arthritis, osteoporosis, balance, sleep, cognitive function, and breath.
In this class, we will learn the beginning moves of the yang form and how they apply to daily life.
